Creating a strong leadership team at Worthing Homes
Worthing Homes is a community-based Housing Association, which provides homes and services to around 4,000 households living in properties in Worthing and surrounding areas.
Beginning in 2022, as part of an ongoing transformation programme, Worthing Homes engaged with LMI UK to help create a stronger, more aligned team of leaders and managers with clear direction, prioritised goals and objectives and good communication throughout the organisation.
This initiative involved running the LMI Foundations of Success workshop for all staff, and engaging all managers and the SLT in the Effective Personal Productivity programme.
